RETURN POLICY​

Our goal is to ship every order accurately. In the event of an error, we will correct it . Please report miss-picks (wrong item), errors in quantity (over/short) within two (2) business days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned to AwakenFree within 5 business days of report.

Mandatory Steps in Return Process:

1. Email us at info@awakenfree.com and enter the subject as "RETURN DEPARTMENT"
2. Please email us your Name, address and Order # and a picture of the item that you received that was a miss-pick.
3. Wait on a correspondence email from us with a return shipping label. ( Item will need to be returned to us by 5 business days)
4. The correct item will be shipped to you after miss-picked item is received.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK TO US WITHOUT FOLLOWING THIS PROCESS FOR WE RECEIVE ITEMS AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.

Return of product in saleable condition*
• Original packaging must be unopened and free of markings or damage
